If you are late then we will use the remaining time of your appointment to examine your case. Start Nutrition reserves the right to refuse or cancel treatment bookings.  All Services are subject to availability.

CONSULTATION AGREEMENT

We request all consultation forms are returned by email, a minimum of 2 working days before the consultation. It is important you complete the questionnaire, if it is partially filled, it is likely that you will not gain the most out of your consultation and extra time may need to be booked in to provide you with comprehensive advice

.

Email correspondence is not a substitute for face-to-face or video conferencing sessions. It is fine if it is used as a means to clarify something in relation to your programme, however, more lengthy email or text communication will be charged in line with our hourly rates.

It is the client’s responsibility to inform and update Start Nutrition if, at any point during their programme, they change their personal information including contact details or have any medical changes, having an operation or any type of surgery.

You must follow the advice diligently and commit to it fully to gain results as advice alone is not sufficient, it relies on the client’s commitment and actions they take.  Most change in diet and lifestyle can produce gradual effects on energy levels, health, blood parameters and health conditions and are not necessarily instantaneous.
